Hey everyone! Peak Performance stemmed from my passion for the adult and athlete populations, and changing the way you train. I look forward to putting this into practice with you! I have lots of experience training athletes and adults, as well as lots of experience in amateur and elite sporting environments. For athletes, no matter your skill level I would love to work with you to take your game to the next level. Dionne Demke

Hello! I'm Dionne and I'm an athletic performance coach at Pembina Valley Peak Performance! My goal while working with you is to help you reach the top of your game. I have experience playing many sports but most of my focus has been on hockey. I have played for the hometown Flyers in the MJHL, as well as playing in Ontario, Oklahoma, and Philadelphia. While playing college hockey in the states I did a handful of internships where I ran hockey programs that included the dryland training. I've worked with all ages from 8-21 and everywhere in between, as well as many different levels. I look forward to working with you! Contact us today!
